The space
Discover the charm of Bulla Lodge, a contemporary 6-bedroom house, perfect for families, couples, or business trips. Enjoy the spacious interiors with two lounge rooms, each featuring a Large Screen TV, a sunroom for natural light, and an outdoor entertainment area with scenic views.
Stay comfortable year-round with floor heating and central air conditioning. The fully equipped laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. We're family-friendly, providing a free portable cot and high chair, with extras available upon request.
Sleep soundly in Two King Beds, Two Queen Beds, and Four single beds. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite with a separate shower and toilet, while the main bathroom has a shower and bathtub, along with a second separate toilet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, featuring a stove, oven, grill, microwave, extra-large fridge, and dishwasher. Save on dining out by cooking your meals and enjoying them against the backdrop of Bulla Lodge's tranquil setting.
Step outside to the outdoor entertainment area with comfortable seating, overlooking a natural landscape. Bulla Lodge is not just a place to stay; it's your home away from home, where simplicity meets modern comfort for an unforgettable experience.

The entire house will be accessible to our guests while at the property.

The listed price is for accommodation only, up to the number of guests listed in the booking.
For insurance purposes, only guests listed in the booking are permitted at the property, and no visitors are allowed unless prior arrangement is made. Any additional guests or events of any kind attract additional costs. Please contact the host prior to making a booking if you have any specific questions.
One night stays will be considered on a case to case basis.
Guest making a booking will be asked to provide a copy of the Photo ID to the host and the names of all Adult guests staying.
Guest making a booking will be asked to formally agree to the Terms and Conditions of booking the property by signing a “House Licence” Agreement provided by the host.
Re: Additional Bedding Charges:
Our rates quoted reflect the number of guests and number of beds used.
The property has been booked for certain number of guests as per your Booking Reservation and certain Bedding Configuration as per the License Agreement signed.
Please note that "extra bedding fee" ( per bed per night) applies if more beds are used than the ones declared.
